Such a pleasant experience! Everyone was friendly and competent. The eye exam with Dr K was quick and painless, and I had the best optician who helped me find some super cute new glasses!

The opticians and receptionists are welcoming and kind. I appreciate the care my family and I receive. They take the time to make sure you're satisfied with the fit of your glasses! 🙂

I had a fantastic experience! I was greeted warmly when I walked in the door, had great conversations with the workers and doctor and was impressed with the selection of glasses to choose from! 10/10 I’ve already recommended my friends to come to this clinic. PS, any diabetic eye scanning needed here is quick and they really breakdown each picture to explains what’s going on and what the doctor is looking for. There was ample time to ask my own questions and was relieved to receive quick and friendly care

I have been a client of Mt. View Eyecare Center for seven years for multiple issues. I have severe dry eyes, a chronic retinal detachment, am being seen for pre-glaucoma, and have severe astigmatism. I tried several eye doctors before finding Dr. Nick Jankowski and went through many unsatisfactory appointments where my vision issues were not addressed. Dr. Nick took on my challenges, gladly and with persistence, he has brought me to the place where I see better than I have in decades and I do not have eye discomfort any longer. Making an appointment was easy, staff was friendly and courteous. Dr. Soper was thorough and addressed all my concerns. She listened carefully and did not try to rush the appointment. I left with confidence in all the assessments she and staff performed to assess my eye health.

This was my first visit and I am so pleased. Dr. Nick was so welcoming. He listened to my concerns and proceeded with expertise and care. He discussed my eye health in detail and I understood what was said. His advice regarding how to proceed with cataracts was so thorough, encompassing insurance and next steps. My family was visiting the area from out of state & my son fell and got debris in his eye. This was one of a few places open later in the evening so I called to see if they had any availability. Initially they said they were fully booked and couldn’t see him but after explaining the situation, the dr graciously agreed to squeeze him in. Zoey at the front desk was so nice and the assistant was very sweet to my son and took him back to numb his eye pain as soon as we walked in the door. Dr. Olga Kraushaar came in within a couple of minutes and was also very sweet and friendly to my son. She was able to find and remove the debris in less than 5 minutes. This all happened on the first day of our vacation, they definitely saved our trip! He was so much better after his visit and the medicine she prescribed had him good as new by morning. We are so thankful to everyone at Mountain View Eye Center for being so accommodating and kind to us. Thank you all!

Dr. Shannon Soper (Jankowski) is AWESOME!! My husband, 11 year old boy & I are patients. She's very thorough, patient, knows more about vision then any other eye doctors that I've been to & my little guy really likes her, which says a lot about how great she is. She took on the extremely difficult task of helping me find the right prescription for my contact lenses, when 2 prior eye doctors from other vision clinics were unable to & basically gave up.
